Quarter cup of quick cook steel cut oats
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Quarter teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1/3 cup water
Combine ingredients then put in fridge overnight. Ready to go in the morning. Delicious!
