Re-Introduction-& 100+lbs to lose

Hi there! My name is Chelsea. I have been on here for 5+ years and at this point I have been on a major roller coaster ride with my weight, so here I am re-introducing myself. I am married and a mommy. I love reading, writing, singing, riding bikes and swimming. Thought I am mostly secondary in my active life, that has been slowly changing the past few weeks as I have been going out more and being as active as I can.
I have about 165lbs to lost to reach my goal weight, (This is almost 1/2 of my total weight as I am currently 340lbs). I am looking for supportive people to maybe become friends with who might also have some advice or tips for me to try along the way-also some cool home workouts as I cannot afford to go to a gym time-wise. I am starting a better way of eating tomorrow based on my dietary needs and also will be attempting a 3 day a week cardio and 4 day a week strength training and increase as my body becomes adjusted.

I do not need any judgement, but I am all for the straight up truth in a supportive way! I would love for us to become friends :)

    Hello. I am happy you're still here and trying as we all know this isn't easy. Goals are wonderful but try not to be too hard on yourself. We've all crawled before walking and walked before the sprint! Baby steps my friend. Stay encouraged and remain accountable to yourself and you'll win.
