Hello all
I'm going to be meeting friends at a bar tonight. Then other friends at a different bar later so I'll probably have two alcoholic drinks. I'm wondering what some low cal options are? Even interested in low cal non alcoholic drinks you can get at a bar. Thank you!

O'Douls beer is alcohol free at many bars but I don't know the calories. I get club soda or tonic water and lime. It's refreshing, low calorie, and I don't munch too much or over drink when I'm not drinking.

Rum or whiskey with diet coke. Vodka tonic. White wine is relatively low cal. (120 cal or so) Most 1 oz shots of liquor vary from 60-80 cal (except high sugar ones like fireball are more like 100). So if you mix it with a diet soda it's only the 60-80 cal for the liquor.

Or just vodka on the rocks with a twist.

Skinny mojito - ask them to make it with a Splenda packet instead of the sugar syrup. Or vanilla vodka with diet Coke...

Vodka soda. Or vodka grapefruit. Tall so it lasts longer.

Miller has a 64 cal beer which most places seem to carry.... Bud has a 55 cal "select"... not as common; if you want the beer route. Otherwise a Moscow mule with diet ginger beer.

Vodka and Diet 7 Up. But you have to watch them to make sure it’s not regular 7-Up.
