How do you get invited to be friends with others using Fitness Pal

    Great question. I'm sitting here and this very thought is in my head while I'm reading posts. I guess you just introduce yourself in the posts with your interests. I haven't run across any directions yet either. Happy posting and good luck on your goals!

    Click on the name, then when window open click again on name and when third window opens u will see small icon with + and click there
