Hi ppl, i started using this app 10 days ago and i can already see how much it helps only because i have that calorie limit. The thing i did is that i went to IIFYM webcite, counted my macros and calories based on my habits and i put those in this app and thats it. Also i can advise if u ar looking for healty meals and low caloric food just go to youtube and check there ppl who workout and do those recipes and u will be good. Started with 219lbs and with all that and 5 days in a gym per week i lost in 3 weeks 7lbs, my goal is 190. Also who want to add feel free to do that.
