Too Sore Too work out?

So I bought Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred, and did it twice in a row. After the first day though ,my legs wete extremely sore,felt like noodles, but I pressed on to the next dsy,but certainly could not give it my all for the exercises that called for my legs,squats and such...sooo do I still continue on, it's supposed to be done daily for 30 days, but is it ok if I know I wont be able ti actually do the legs parts. Should I do something different. I'm confused. I usually workout in the evening , and it is only for twenty minutes.

    If you're really sore and weak, start out with 3x weekly, then move on to every other day.

    Happy to report I went ahead and pressed on and did tge workout! Yes I felt like dying,just a tiny bit,its the first set that kill,after that it gets slightly better and tolerable.
