Finally losing weight

It took 10 weeks for me to lose 25lbs using this app and Pacer app. Learned new habits and obsessed with exercise. Losing weight is just not physical, but mental and emotional. I used to turn to food for comfort, but now I turned to exercise and eating healthy. Having a great support system is helpful when trying to lose weight. Keep up the great work everyone and keep your focus on your goals. My dad used to say the word "can't" is the foulest 4-letter word ever. Cause you CAN do anything you put your mind and heart into.
