how do i calculate/add the calories i burn by doing workouts from YouTube videos...???i prefer doing joanna soh videos and sometimes power yoga

A heart monitor will give you the most accurate results, but you can always guesstimate by searching the internet for those specific workouts.0

Some youtube videos have the calories you should burn... try looking for "has fit"1

Use the general category, and log the number of minutes in MFP. Aerobics - general / Circuit training / Yoga / Dancing, etc. All the estimates are under cardiovascular. Yes - they are estimates. It's all estimates.
Heart rate monitors are designed for steady state cardio.....so those won't be a good estimate for other types of workouts anyway. An activity tracker can be a pretty good estimate for step based workouts.1
