I challenge you to involve someone in your workout today. Support is very important in weight loss. One thing I like to do is go outside with my kids. While they play I find different ways to exercise. Yesterday I jumped rope. If you don't have kids, use a neighbor, or close friend! Just find a way to make it fun!
