Discouraged and Looking for Support

For the last 7 months I've managed to get 80 pounds off. However, I'm feeling stuck, flabby, and still not where I want to be in terms of physical fitness. I'd love some pointers on how to remotivate myself, get over this hump, and stop the tears every time I look in the mirror. I could really use some supportive MFP friends.

Don't look in the mirror.
What were your goals when you started? What are your goals going forward? Likely you've achieved a lot by now. You won't get fitness model results just losing weight. Also, 80lbs in 7 months is extremely aggressive.
Here's why I'm responding to your post- beware, danger. Your brain is trying to wreck you. You've done amazing work and have made significant changes, but according to your post, your brain wants to rate you- Not good enough. Push back.
Perfect is the enemy of good.
Do like ninerbuff suggests, then ask your feet and your knees if they want those lbs back. If I were you I'd make a list of weight loss benefits that you've already gotten. A real list of benefits, don't let negativity into your list. Look at that a lot.
You read this board much and you will find that people failing to accept their own success is a big problem in weight loss.
Whatever your goals, losing 80 lbs is a very big deal. Good job.5 -

Exactly!!!!! Or more to the point, it's time to change your workout.
Had a bit of an epiphany when someone asked me, "How do you expect to change, if you don't change.". Well, no skit!1 -

What are your fitness goals? Focus on them instead of just your weight for a while.
