Trying to cook for one… In the DC area

Hi, I am single and living alone in DC area and it's hard to try and cook healthy just for myself… I'm interested in forming some kind of cooking club for cooking cooperative in the area… Anyone interested?

Freezer zip loc bags. Its hard to cook just one portion. But if you have extra freeze it (lay flat for freezing). Then just defrost in microwave or a bowl of hot water. Heat and eat.
Look up "make ahead meals"
