I want to lose 22lbs (10+ kg) in 2 months if possible.

Hi, my name is Kieran.

I'm a 37 year old Irish guy looking to lose 22lbs or 10+ kg. I look my best when I weigh 130-135 lbs hence the number of lbs I want to lose. I currently weigh 154lbs. I've been doing quite a lot of weight training, I seem to be bulking quite a bit, but I'm not sure I should be doing this before I cut? I actually don't have a clue what I'm doing. Any info and or help would be much appreciated i.e. Nutrition ideas and training help?
