I am 6 days into this journey and have lost 6.1 pounds. My goal is to log on every day for the month of August. Having a hound to take on a walk every day has kept me active. He gets moody if I don't take him every day. I even braved rain today--but we headed home when I heard thunder. Hardest part is the evening. Love my chocolate! But everything gets recorded so it helps me to stop for the day. Thank goodness for Earl Grey Tea with Splenda.
