I am 46 & need to lose weight. I have 2 pets, a dog & a cat. I was active until about 2004.
I have a couple DVDs for exercising. A jump rope one & use your body for weight training. Will be starting with one & switching daily plus one day of rest.
I like to make homemade foods.
Wouldn't mind making friends along the way.
