leg day workout ideas?

Anyone have any good Leg Day workout routines they can share? I really would love some help lol

Sure. Squat, hack squat, leg extension, seated calf raise, standing calf raise, leg curl or glute ham raise, stiff legged deads.
Taken right from Layne Norton's PHAT program for lower body power day.1 -
I would start slowly.
Lunges, squats, leg curls, deadlift, calf raises. Post leg day DOMS can be brutal!!!! Especially if you're just starting out. First time I did "leg day" I was an idiot and went WAY too hard, I literally cried the next day trying to get off the toilet.2
