    I wouldn't say so. As long as you find what works for you. I did slimming world for a few months but really enjoying the calorie counting. On my 3rd week and haven't felt at all deprived x

    I've been using MFP with Keto diet. Lost 2 stone so far. Great app and Keto works good for me, tried lots of alternatives in the past

    Slimming World meetings are ok if you need the accountability of someone weighing you and the stickers are always good :)
