Trying to shed a few pounds

I'm excited to start my journey to loosing weight.. military wants me to be 132 and I'm 160... 4 days go I was 165 and I accomplished this by sticking to the calorie plan eating as healthy as I could and exercising everyday... my calves are a little sore especially my left one... I don't want to over do it but I don't want to slack either... I'm also excited to start meal prepping..

    You can do it!! Staying within your calories is everything, I'm finally learning that carbs isn't the cause of weight gain but going over your calories is.
