Fitbit Water Duration

I'm currently looking at purchasing a Fitbit Flex 2 since it appears to be the most suitable for swimming, however I can't find any information on how long it can remain submerged and when I contact Fitbit they just recycle the depth information. Does anyone know if it's good for at least 3 hours? I'm also open to alternative models and brands.

Your main concern about duration is whether the battery will last, rather than anything else. As it's sealed to 50M then you're fine for a long swim like that.
The issue then becomes whether the Flex is actually a good device for soon tracking. I'd be less convinced about that.
Personally I use a Forerunner 735XT, but that's at a very different price point.0
