Starting again...

Hi everyone...

After losing weight 4 ish years ago (around 35 lbs) via WW, I've gained it all back, plus 5. This time around, I've decided I wanted to focus on overall fitness and eating more whole foods whenever possible.

I've recently joined a private gym where the classes are run by a trainer in small groups. I've only gone 3 times so far, but am loving it...and it's the first time I've been enthusiastic about working out (especially at 5:30 am!)...I'm looking forward to getting stronger (not just skinny) and I've already been feeling better in the last week since I've started eating healthier (meal prep for lunches, eating at home for dinner, less diet sodas, few processed foods)....
