Hey, I'm just starting back at this. At this point, I just want to shoot for 30 lbs and then see where things go. Unfortunately, I have a rare disease which accounts for a lot of the fat, so I may never make it down to where I'd like to go. But, losing 30 (33 to be exact) will take me down to the weigh I had before they diagnosed me with diabetes.
I can't exercise too much and I battle pain, fatigue, depression and anxiety. So, I could use a buddy who will motivate and encourage me to get off my behind and do something.... anything! I just turned 48. My name is Jenny. Please feel free to add me as a a friend.0 -
