I'm Robert and I need to lose weight and get my blood pressure down, which is my main goal

    I had a bit a of a high blood pressure for a short period of time , I started to meditate (to try and block away my everyday stress ) and would eat alot of spinach I was told it helps for high blood pressure. And every now and then i drank 2 tbl spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed it with water and I did that for a month and it helped me alot with my blood pressure. And of course watch what I ate tried to stay away from alot of salty foods hope that helped and just motivated bud

    Hi Robert. Well, you're on the right path. For most people, getting healthy (exercise, nutrition - fat loss) miraculously cures a lot of issues. High blood pressure being one of them.
