What do you mean by "My counter says I'm not eating healthy?"

If you're not losing weight, you're taking in too many calories. It's really that simple.

What are your stats? What are your goals? How much are you eating? Are you weighing with food scale?

Chicken and avocados aren't necessarily low-cal
    1. Pick up a food scale on Amazon or Walmart for @ $15 and commit to using it for all solid and semi-solid food for at least a couple of weeks.
    2. Double check the entries you are choosing in the database against the package or the USDA published values. Many entries are user-created and flat out wrong.
    3. Give it at least 3-4 weeks before determining whether it's working or if you need to tweak.
    4. If you are a male logging less than 1500 calories for more than a couple of days and you aren't really hungry, you are logging incorrectly. That is not an insult - we all started out not really knowing what we were doing and learned as we go!
