I don't have a recipe but when you get one input it in the recipe builder so you can get the calories and track it accurately.0

I log all the ingredients individually - weighed raw. You can use the recipe builder, weigh once cooked,
Either divide in to even portions, or use the number of grams as the number of serves and weigh your portions as you eat them. (so 234g would 234 1g serves)0 -
I use the recipe builder for all of my soups and chilis0
