I really need help with consistency and dealing with life changes. Lost 50 pounds and found a new job where I'm happy and the pounds are back. Not all but most. Geez!

    Hi, I'm Chanetia. Congrats on your success on losing 50 lbs and the new job. I know it can be hard trying to restart something. I've been on here for years and I was never consistent. I quit my job almost 3 months ago and decided to relax. Major mistake...anyways I've been gaining weight like crazy. I am attempt another start. I can be here for support and as an accountability partner.
