Best foods to eat so I can easily consume 3500 calories a day ???

    Some form of protein, some vegetables, whatever else you want that helps you hit the goal.

    By having 2 litres of full cat milk you are consuming around 1300 calories of just milk. This also contains about 65 grams of protein so that's like 3 tins of fish. Add some favouring to it and you'll hit you calories easy. I easily consume 2 litres a day. Without it I'd be small

    Eggs in the morning. Chicken and rice, salmon with sweet potato. Eat every 3-4 hours. With that you will gain weight not fat

    More food. Food you like, as often as you can, but not so often that you don't get hungry.

    Unfortunately you cannot gain just muscle (naturally) some of it will be fat. And if he eats in a high enough surplus, even with those (quite boring) foods, he can gain more fat than muscle. There is nothing special about those food items that will prevent fat gain.

    I bulked on 3500 ..I made lots of high cal smoothies, larger portions of what I normally ate.. big snacks in between meals, full fat dairy, ice cream, peanut butter, pasta etc
