Just started the 5:2 diet. One week in and lost 2.5 lbs. This app has been invaluable! Good luck to all on your fitness journeys

the 5:2 is eating 500cal twice a week and then eating normal 5 days a week. i have also started this week and this app has been fantastic at looking at how many calories the food we eat has. you can tweak it before the day and plan for the day coming.1
