I am a mom of two, ages six and five months. I am struggling with both eating right and exercise, especially with my six year old off school for the summer. I'm running low on energy and motivation. I just stepped on the scale for the first time in awhile. Ouch! I've got a 30 pound loss goal to start. I need support, encouragement and tips for success. I need to focus and adjust my mindset. Help me please!

Fellow MAMMA. Newly single. Have 3 bambinos, 4 and 2x2 year olds. Working. Struggling to fit in exercise.
Got a family wedding at the end of Dec, so that had to be my goal for losing 28lbs xx

Hi Iam new to this community thing been using this app since January lost 25 pds. It really help me see how much I put in my mouth. It's helped me put down the sweets a lot. Iam a mother of 2 boys 10, 11 y/0 , wife ,LPN . My biggest thing for me is running been running dice 2001 as helped me with my Wt An stress. I have seen over past few months I been platoing and know going to have to start putting time work out Video with Wts as the shape of my body not changing .
