I started my journey in 2012. Lost 50lbs hit my goal weight in 2013 have since gained back only 10 pounds, but CANNOT seem to get it off and get back to my goal. I am 45 years old. Need motivation :-/

Good luck getting back at it! Try changing things up to keep it fun. Don't do the same workouts day in day out that gets boring and causes muscle memory. If you do cardio try HIIT training. Get outside, the world is your gym!

First off, that is really incredible that you kept most of the weight off over the last 4 years! Chances are your body has acclimated to your diet and exercise routine. Try dropping 5-10% calories and change up your exercise routine and see in a few weeks what happens, adjust if necessary. Goodluck!0
