    Running. I'm breathing too hard and can't possibly eat while I'm running. Cycling and skiing are pretty good, too; eating is possible but I don't carry food and I'm away from temptation.

    Laughing really hard does burn calories too. And, if you're like me. You can't eat while laughing, so that helps too
