So I'm 32, 260, & 5'7. The largest area of fat I have is just above my hips, around the lower part of my stomach. What can I do to get rid of it? I have sciatica problems from time to time so I have to be really careful of what I do on the floor.

Eat in a calorie deficit. Exercise for your health because the vast majority, if not all of your weight loss will come from how much you eat.3

This ^. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce or choose where the fat comes off. Just eat in a deficit and exercise to burn some calories and for fitness. You'll get there!1
