Hi just joined again!!!! I was here a few years ago but life has got in the way, I've been ill, had to give my business up and yes I've put weight on!!! But I'm back on it now, I've joined a gym, I go swimming and I'm counting my calories, it's hard as I have hypothyroidism too, I'm going through the menopause and I love food!!!!! But I also love to be fit and active and I want my size 10 body back please!!!!!
