Howdy, i am serious about getting on a major diet and i want some tips. I'm 6'3 275 lbs as of right now, i work full time as a bellman for a hotel so I'm always walking, standing, lifting bags. So I'd say I'm pretty active, i drink a lot of water, and i have been doing fairly well with my diet thing, however i tend to splurge and get a snack or order Chinese, i wanna know how to fix these habits.
