Could use a mentor

Hi my name is hanna. I'm almost 26yrs old. Single, no kids. I've been up and down on this health journey. I've lost 50lbs before in the past and then I gained it all back plus more. I'm ready to get healthy again and could use some nutrition tips. Doc says I have to cut out bread and I'm deficient in vitamin d. I know the main thing is to eat well and I need help figuring out meal plans. I'd be very grateful if someone wanted to be my mentor :)

Thank you!

Well I'd be reluctant to accept the term "mentor", as I've also had my ups and downs, but I would be happy to be your friend and always answer messages from friends :)

Well, two years ago I weight over 350lbs (my home scale only went to 350lbs so I don't know what my true heaviest was). Through learning how to eat (that was the hard part) and exercise, I am now at about 185lbs.

Feel free to add me. I'm not the gal who had 20lbs to lose. I know the frustration of hearing someone say "just go for a run every day to lose weight" when it hurt to just walk. I know what it was to have a goal of just fitting into a bathtub comfortably again, or buying a random pair of boots and not have to worry them not fitting over my calves. Yeah, I really have been there.

Glad to see you've decided to be a healthier you. I wish you the best and while it takes time, you can do it!
