Fitbit question

So i have my fitbit synced with MFP so it updates automatically.  I aim to hit my 10k steps min everyday.  I regualrly go for a walk with the stroller and the dog for 1 to 2 hours.  Now fitbit shows the actually minutes at an increased workout versus just walking. But i dont think that translates to MFP. Either way it seems like MFP gives me to many deficit calories as it logs all my steps.  Before I had my fitbit i would log workouts like walking and had way less of a defecit.

How do you deal with these? I sometimes eat back a lot of my deficit and other times nothing at all.  Really depends on my hunger levels. Just wanted to know how other view these fitbit deficits?

Thanks!
