Metabolic Research Center users

Is anyone out there going to MRC? I just started with them this week. Would like to hear about your experience and tips, recipes, etc....

Read this: Rip-off report complaints board
http://dietchoices.com/diet-plans/metabolic-research-center/2/ (you can tell the good reviews are fake ones)
What's scary is their thyroid test. It's a saliva test, not a blood test. And everyone that takes it fails and needs pills. Also scary is that their supplements are high in some nutrients. Their iodine is 8,000% of RDA.
Complaints state that it is expensive. They push pills and if you don't buy them, they blame you for not trying. Their bars are actually high in sat fat and calories not to mention seriously expensive. Drinks are about $2/ each.

This place worked for me, why don't you give it a try. I'm at 1,400 calories a day and losing. I have a family member that tried it and lost a lot of weight but gained it all back. She was on an 800 calorie a day diet. You do not learn how to eat from eating bars and drinking shakes. You learn nothing.

A couple of complaints are about people having bad reactions to their strange supplements. One even checked herself into the hospital with AFIB. It's on the link above.

I read that they used to use the HCG diet. Isn't HCG that urine? They discontinued it.
IF you buy any pill products ask for time. Go home and study every ingredient in those pills. At most a multivitamin is all a person on a low calorie diet needs.
