Back from abroad...And struggling

So I spent last semester studying in Spain. I lived with a home stay family who cooked all of my meals (not always healthy), ate at way too many bakeries and drank way too much wine. I've started losing the weight again because I'm training for a tournament (Brazilian Jiu jitsu) but I'm afraid once I don't have this goal, I'll just fall off the wagon. Any advice?

There is always another tournament.
If weight loose is just a by product of doing something you enjoyed, then focus on trying more activities. Try to be the best at it. That will keep your hands full until you become my age and realize health is actually important.1
