    The power of thought or mindset.
    Looking back in history i bave noticed how powerful our thoughts of ourselves really is a factor in what we do. For example, fitness and exercise to me was dreadful. I was never looking forward to it and always telling myself how difficult it is as an excuse talk myself out of it. However, as time went on and the more I perservered and endured those days... Things got easier. I thought less how hard or difficult things were and thought more of how this will make me better and grow as a person.
