Favorite and least favorite bugs?

My favorites are butterfly's and spiders

My least favorite are roaches, ants, worms and slugs. Probably in that order

How about you?

    Just not that into bugs, butterflies and fire flies are great though, harmless. I really detest stink bugs, roaches especially flying ones, any kind of bee/wasp if they count)

    The roaches I've seen in Florida are big enough to tote the house away.

    But I do like lizards..

    I like roly polies aka potato bugs and caterpillars.

    Eff all the rest.
    Especially wasps, hornets, crickets, and mutha effing roaches.

    Least favorite: anything venomous (brown recluse, bark scorpion, black widows, centipede)

    I don't love bugs. But I won't kill spiders, I just put them outside.

    Bees scare the crap out of me. I'm severely allergic.

    And butterflies give me the heebie jeebies like no other. *shudder*

    I buy two specific bugs for my house.
    1. Whipped tail scorpions aka vinagaroons: thier favorite food is the black widow spider, which we have a lot of in the desert. I buy 3 a year and just release them into my yard.
    2. A praying mantis: those are some bug eating machines!!!! Mosquitos, fly's, spiders, small scorpions, cockroaches.. yep all on the Mantis diet.

    I don't have a particular fondness for any bug, but I respect that it's their world too!

    I do like the noise of the cicadas, reminds me of being a kid and summer.

    I don't like butterflies and moths, too erratic flying and moths always fly into my face. I've always been a bit creeped out by mantises.

    I don't kill bugs unless they attack me or want to feed off of me (mosquitoes, ticks, fleas)

    Least favorite - any bug in my house, on me, eating my fruits or vegetables, or biting/stinging me.

    Favorite - anything my chickens eat

    Least favorite - ticks, followed by emerald ash borers.

    Favorite - Honeybees and other types of pollinators.

    Fleas and fruit flies aren't fun and carry diseases too

    Flies are an automatic gross because that's what they are

    Well, spiders are technically arachnids (as are scorpions), so not sure if they qualify as bugs. Guess it depends on your definition. They are, without a doubt, my favorite. Especially jumping spiders and tarantulas.

    If you want an insect and not an arachnid, then I would have to choose this beauty. Leaf insects are super cool.

    Least favorite?? I dunno, maybe maggots or larvae in general? Adult forms of insects don't bother me, but there's something super creepy about maggots and certain larvae that are maggot-ish in resemblance.
