Tried something new that I wanted to share. I was given a green ceramic skillet..... Nothing sticks to it. I love fried squash in the summer. I cut up yellow squash, zucchini and onions. Sprayed skillet and got it hot. Put the squash in the skillet and put a lid on. I cooked it down until it was tender and then removed the lid. I kept cooking until it turned brown (almost burnt). It was so good. It almost tasted as good as fried squash! Even my family loved it,

    I have one of those green skillets, too! It's fantastic for cooking without extra oil :)
