I've been using this app on and off for a few years. I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle about 4 years ago. I've lost 80lbs gained 30 back lost 20 gained 10 and it has gone that way for the last two years.

I am tired of the yo yo gain and loss weight!! My goal is to officially hit 100 lbs loss by the end of this year... that would be about 25lbs to go!

I workout about 5-6 days a week. Incorporating cardio, circuit training and some weights!! I have no upper body strength lol vsbno9jueir3.png
