    Actually, overhydration is different for each person. If your urine is clear, you are drinking too much water.

    I was told that if the urine is NOT clear, you need more water, I never thought what happens if it actually is clear

    Urine should be a pale yellow, not clear. Clear indicates you are ovwrhudrayed and are at risk for hyponatremia/electrolyte imbalances (which can be deadly).
