Hey everyone, I've used this app on my phone years ago, and just downloaded it again, and never knew there was a community forum! So cool & exciting!
Just a bit of info for ya: Married mommy of two kids, 43 years young, looking to lose about 15-20 lbs. on the Low-Carb/Keto diet. It's my 3rd week now, and I've lost 5 lbs so far.
Anyone else trying this type of diet? I'd love to hear from & chat with others trying this diet out, and your experiences. Let's compare notes & recipes!!

Hi there. And welcome. I'm not doing Keto per se, but I am doing low carb. Trying to keep net carbs to 50 or less a day.0

About to start 3rd week.... lost 12 lbs... most was water weight in first week.... I'm doing 5/25/70 on my macros... it works0
