Adjusting MFP on eating calories back

Does anyone know how (in the free version) to adjust MFP so that only after I've burned 500 calories, it will THEN, and only then, start adding the burned calories to my daily allowance? So say I burned 650 calories, I only want that 150 calories added onto my 1200 daily caloric intake, in sync with the percentages I've selected for fat, protein, and carbs.
I use a FitBit and do have the two connected.

I don't think MFP has that setting. The premium version allows you to turn off exercise calories and disconnecting your Fitbit account would accomplish the same thing. Why do you not want to eat back the first 500 calories? Are you losing a pound a week less than you have MFP set to?1

My dietician and doctor tell me that I'll have better progress if I only eat back calories after burning 500 over my normal sedentary lifestyle. I've read similar articles that reinforce their advice. In the evenings my brain doesn't always work the math out and I was hoping to find a tweak that would allow me not to have to take that chance. Frankly, I'd rather log with Fitbit and now that the challenges via MFP appear to have gone by the wayside, their breakdown is far superior to MFP (and I say that after being here since 2006).0
