finally back online

Had a couple of technical nightmares due to an app I could not un-link but now finally back online with a new account - ultimate plan to lose 50lbs (already lost 50), and to reverse my Type 2 diabetes along the way............. I am UK based and after as many inspirational and active friends as I can get so feel free to add me :-)
