Anyone have any info on working out with a pinched nerve in your leg and lower back? I don't want to lose my progress.

Hard to tell without knowing the severity of your condition. As far as I'm concerned (I could be wrong) the pinched nerve is only in the back and the pain travel to the leg, which is most likely sciatica. I suffer of that and I can do most of my activities normally, including running and weight lifting. The best thing you can do (if you haven't done this already) is to see your Doctor and/or Physical Therapist to evaluate your condition and recommend some exercises. You don't want to aggravate your condition because this could have terrible consequences.

Chiropractor helped me when I had the same issue. 3-4 sessions I was able to go back to everything I was doing beforehand.

i'd speak to my doctor who diagnosed the pinched nerve and ask for a referral to a physio

"Pinched nerve" could mean anything. My nerve has felt pinched in my back for 4 months and I'm a powerlifter. I was just diagnosed with a bulging disk. I cannot train the same way.

See the chiropractor, sure. But as far as exercise, nothing that causes any pain. I personally will only see PT's who have their strength and conditioning certification.
