Tracking vitamins and supplements

210 days logged and good news is I've gained 19 pounds. A few days ago I was wondering how to best track supplements and vitamins I take daily. I used the QR scanner to create a recipe by scanning each vitamin bottle, protein powder, etc. Now I just add the recipe each day and ureeka... I'm done.

    I do the same - it works great. Makes it so easy to track and easy to change if one of your vitamins changes.
