30 day shred and cardio

hi, I've been doing the 30 day shred and after I usually do 20mins of zumba on the wii.
so my workout schedule has been

monday-friday 30dayshred plus 20min of wii zumba

saturday rest

sunday- 30 day shred

I've been told its bad to over work out, but is it really over working out?

    i wouldnt call that over exercising. if you are fueling your workouts you'll be fine.

    Fueling your workouts means eat enough calories get enough protein..
