Hi, I'm Renee but you can call me Prairie-Chik. I decided that it is finally time for me to take charge of my health and take care of myself because no one else is going to do it for me.

I'm a busy work-from-home mom of three girls and wife to my Mr. of 16 years.

I'm so new here that I haven't even filled out my bio but I decided to jump right into the forums and ignore any excuses to delay getting started today.

I look forward to connecting with people with similar stories and lots of different stories and diverse lives. I'm looking forward to making new friends!
