Woke up at 3:30 AM, got out of bed at 4:30 and ran six miles for the time in several weeks. Feeling tired so this cought my eye.1

making sure you get adequate sleep is also critical to helping with weight loss...I can peg on my weight trends when my sleep sucks because my weight starts creeping up1
