I don't like lifting, but love the results. Advice?

I have been finding lifting almost like meditating- I am super focused on breathing and how my body/muscles are engaged, I tune out everyone else with my music, and it is a time that I focus on my body in a positive way. Do I like to PR? Sure, it is nice. But between the mental focus and my physical changes (which I agree with you, I love), I have been very happy lifting.
I like running too but I don't get quite the same focus like I do with lifting (close, but I feel like I have to be looking out for traffic/dogs/potholes with more attention).
I think you have some great suggestions on other ways to exercise, try and find one you love and enjoy your results even more0 -
